Likes

It's been four years working experience with "DTDC" i have learned a lot and having great time. Exposure which i received here and work culture is tremendous, somewhere company made me multitasking by giving different task to perform.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

MNC work culture is Missing Saturday off is must required for efficient working and annual appraisal with 8 percentage is not good.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
