Almost fixed office timings. Dtdc is like an ocean. You have to grab knowledge from every segment. Some people are really nice. Team is good. Best part is Salary on time. Culture is good. Job pressure is there yet feels like Govt job. Company is fast moving now.

Some people of this company are working hard and few are not even know how to work. There are many people holds senior position in this company who are worth less and good for nothing. There are so many nepotism and politics behind the straight people.

No personal growth, increment not in time & appraisal process is very poor, unnecessary create a panic situation among mid manager level, incentive scheme is poor & unfair nobody can understand the processes.

Humble request to don’t join in sales coz very nasty interms delivery service.if you have opportunity to join ops post in east this best platform coz of you can earn outside income .example if your salary 10000 you can get 70000.fully corrupted in east .here you will face nepotism .

You are the salesman , Delivery man, operation boy etc. lots of additional work. Over duty till night paid less . Inside the branch itself they assign unwanted work . Worst service across country. Calls regards missing the parcel and service issues. They want sales not provide proper service.

90% times training is not provided to new employee's. Promotion given to employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.

There is nothing to like about working at this company. Inequality in the shifts of the employees like, two types of teams divided, one is for operations who actively interact with the shipments physically called as Operational Staff. Work is mostly done by these people when compared to the other shift team.

The most dislike thing in this working arena is the worst management decisions which appropriate for the working minds of the employees to get dislike the Jobs at the company. Office Politics and the Culture of Boss Worship is the worst here, the more you do that more you grow in the organization. Some bosses leave the organisation and come back again because they are not able to abuse employees as they can in DTDC
