Working at DTDC express limited in India was a complete nightmare, thanks to the abysmal work culture and the utterly incompetent management. The so called marketing head has zero experience in the marketing and is essentially burning through company fund on branding initiatives while keeping the CEO in the dark. Instead of welcoming constructive advice, this individual behaves like a tyrant, stifling any dissent and threatening to ruin your career if you dare to provide an honest assesment of any project.
