1. Family owned business type environment. 2. You will have to sycophansy for below mentioned gains: A. promotions B. Job security C. Appraisals D. Not to listen anything bad about yourself. E. Leaves. Etc etc. Last but not the least: If you are not corrupt then you will have trouble in working with the team except "CORPORATE TEAM" . They can call you anytime on any vacations. Management addresses their employees by calling staff, Which literally means for them. Nothing, it's just a Political Company, you need to Licking legs for Promotion and all. I'm telling specific for North Bengal, where the ARM/RCM/CM is the third class behaviour, didn't respect a employee. They just wanted a machine not a employee.

Dislikes

It's a worse experience to working with DTDC. It's just popular for their advertisement, or nothing else. Before my joining 10+ people's left DTDC for the politics & third class managers. I'm strictly telling, don't join this company, or you will get the pain.
