This is very worst company. Be jobless but don't join this company. They are not going to pay your PF amount. You will get salary only one time in 6 month, even after much follow-up about salary. I have worked here for two months even without salary.

We will struggle a lot to fit into those roles given,we learn how to shout ,etc.

Dislikes

No work culture,no response to mail or calls made to them for any issues, salaries not on time as well.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
