I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

So many dislike, they claim they are mostly likely to workplace but its paid. Noone wants works there, half of their employee are frustrated. Bad culture, negative environment, micro management, pls work in call centre better than this company. Worst experience
