Many... No Job security Micro-Managment No Values and Ethics Policies only on papers KRA's and role and hierarchy are not well defined. Training are provided on Favour based and not on need based. No work life balance. Need to work on holidays too. Lots of Politics. Even the basic benefits are not getting passed to the lower level.

Job security is less than 10% manpower salery cost is main SOP of the operation driven person. Hr policy is only for documentation nothing do for employees betterment.
