It is a relaxed place. If you want to be the “bare minimum “, this is the place for you

Dislikes

1. Thinking about employees - no one will tell you what is happening with the company, they expect you to sit in office for 9 hours but there is no overtime 2. Appraisal is hardly 10% 3. No customer or market research, everything is based on gut feeling 4. No clarity on your growth/role

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
