They have a flat structure that allows you to easily collaborate and get ample opportunities to learn and enhance your skill set.

Dislikes

Culture, policies, job security are concern points. Above all sometimes, they can promote people who didn’t have ample knowledge & experience from good organisations. The Marketing head now is not at professional, lacks work ethics and direction to drive team. That’s eventually not good for the team and organisation.

The team that i was in was good. Only one-two teams are good and every one knows it in company.

Bad company,toxic ceo, toxic culture is here. CEO is not good he drives the company culture and threats people that he will make saturday as working. Very toxic enviornment. CTO does not know anything and thinks that he has very much knowledge. They will not pay you the py they have promised.
