Way before pandemic even started, they started to hold salaries @dec -19 now there's Is no support at all 6-7 months salary was on hold and they asked to relieve so that they'll settle everything in one go! But still not even a single word from the management or regrets

Just as stupid! Employees are to be held strict standards but management or manager are busy with vacation n drinking alcohol at ofc

In this company I worked 2 years. 1 year 2 months company paid salary on time after company was not paying salary on time, in covid time also we worked in location double shift but company not paid salary when we aske salary u have interested work other wise u left the job saying like this and I left the job but company not paid last 3 months salary still we asking the salary no one response

Food.... drivezy gave 3 times that's it This was the only reason I was there in this company No insurances which most companies give to their employee Disliked fake promises of various perks,facilities,increaments but as soon as you join the company you can see true color .

As pandemic hits we all employee's are layoff till date no payment of last year salary, on top of it no communication from (directors/HR/Finance head) to our several emails very unprofessional. Even office has been shifted . I do understand this pandemic was very unfortunate to all of us but how can you as a company not understand the employee who worked for you taken delayed (by 2-3months) salaries in 2019 supported you. Total bhaichara wala scene is there. U wont be recognised of ur work. No vision on product. Founders enjoying lavish life. Forget about salary on time. Can say anything about the old employees and their bhai log else every one will against u. No planning and execution. Founder will just chill in the office or wont come to office most of the time. Founders think their employee as a SLAVE.
