cooperative team, lack of training, if you are workoholic your job is secure, career growth is nil, salary not satisfied me at present.

Working hours especially for me. because every 11th hr. work is on me. I love to work like this but there is no OT. ITS JUST IN GOOD FAITH FROM MY SIDE. DONT WANT BREAK OUR CLIENT SO I AM AVAILABLE ANY TIME LIKE 24X7 THATS IT.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
