I have been working at DreamOrbit for past 1.5 years, In one sentence if i were ask to explain i would say.. it's a good company with good work culture but self skill development is poor. To elaborate a li'l more, As a software developer, I got opportunity to work on different tech stack both in back-end and front-end, Initially i got to know quite a lot of things. But unfortunately my learning does not continue long. Eventually the work is become monotonous. I mean yes there are work assign to me but those are all similar kind. So you will find the growth being stopped on being with a company. But still there are plenty of time you will get for yourself to improve your skill but to expect more from the company will be vein. I wish that company should work on there skill improvement program to check if there employee need up skilling program or anyting which help their employee to grow in terms of technical space....Read More
