The company is good and the culture of office is so nice. There is opertunity in project based work so security is less.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in DRCSC, but it is problem in my particular project design where I am appointed... Another thing which is little occurred for me..that they are not mentioned job description before joining.

Organization is open to innovation and readily adopts latest sustainable agriculture technology. I love the fact that, I was a part of this Team. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Very poor salary structures as well as regular gossiping by the few employee...! Management was silence related this issues!! (But plus point is that, my colleagues were came from various cultural back grounds and we had been work happily in collaboration & coordination....)
