Likes

A very honest organization. People oriented mainly due to the current leadership from 2010 onwards. Brand equity v high in the industry. Scope for exhibiting innovation in the market.

Job security - Good

Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Nothing as such. Salary and other fringe benefits could have been better given the passion and loyalty with which I have associated myself with the organization.

Work Details

Quite challenging. Innovation can be applied on behalf of company in the market place with success.

Work days: Monday to Friday

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
