Uniform standard maintained in all the centers. Training provided to the trainers. On time salary. Huge investment in online learning management system.

Dislikes

If they don't need you, they will create a reason for you to leave. They can ask you to leave based on your manager's feedback. They don't believe in trainers' words.

Overall it was a learning journey with the company. Though there're issues, it is one of the best non-profit organizations to work with.
