As its near my home it was my only advantage nothing else to like

Very bad experience especially from quality team which has no quality and no support for employees who are new all the old employees form a gang and just support management blindly. There is no proper restroom facility also if we ask the management no response if we ask the quality department they just ask u not to point against the management. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
