Dr.mohans was very good with many branches but the politics played hy employees was completely unfair. Faced many issues in our branch.

They wil give training in the head office

In the training period they will not give travelling expenses but hr team will ask to come for training and also they will not exact dates only they provide room it's like a hostel we need to arrange our expense and spend starting hr team wil tell in training period they will arrange the expenses but they will not arrange even single rupee.

Good work environment nd culture teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are Gud. Appraisal are fair and they give Gud salary hike nd bonus every year

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to were multiple hats nd that helped me get a taste of defferent roles within the same team
