It's a big name in the industry. The aura Dr Reddy's have is Phenomenal. It was great working with Dr Reddy's.Infact it was a nightmare when I put resignation. It was like my last breath.

Dr Reddy's always care of employee but upper management selection is not Good for 2nd line . Last 1 to 2 years few people not working in Feild and management support him this is very bad experience for me. Near hq TM huge goods supplied to pune Area. No any action from 2nd line every one no comments on this condition. Because of Iam not happy good candidate values was zero for Down organisation people like rsm. All honestly working employee will resign in next few month because of only created bad practice in Pune region. Few TM not working in Feild and all goods supplied to pune City....Read More
