In doctor reddy special in options very pathetic and poor response from HR special ( manish pawar) as will all HR team as HR behavior, way of talk and work was very unprofessional and local and she is very poor

Company work culture is good. The way they treat employees is appreciable.

Promotion/appraisal system here is horrible with no emphasis given on how much you have done. You'll get the same increment as with your peers who aren't contributing much.

Very empowering in certain aspects with people able to take quick decisions as long as they are problem solving. Provides adequate opportunities for senior leadership.

Dislikes

Too many perspectives and too much time spent on alignment! The number of reviews and meetings is overwhelming. It can drain the most passionate people wanting to focus on Strategizing and delivering on the strategy.

Work life balance is good , it's a great place to learn things, special care on employee health , dedicated wellness coach and option to choose diet lunch. Dr Reddy's leave policy is good. It had everything to offer for it's employee.
