Additionally they threaten employees with police complaints if they seek employment nearby. The work environment lacks professionalism, respect and work culture. Specific individuals such as Nisha, Shazad, Surabhi and CEO Madhu singh have been noted for their particular unprofessional behavior, creating a highly oppressive and hostile environment.
