there is nothing to like about DP World (HINDUSTAN INFRALOG PVT LTD) There is zero PROS for the company.

Dislikes

1)Every single person behaves like CEO whether he has process knowledge or not. 2)They do not follow the Hierarchy it is only valid till PPT 3)Managers are not interested to streamline the process rather they will push the issue by stating special case. 4)Though the company has international image but in India it is just unprofessional towards work ethic and environment. 5)Micro management. 6) Zero idea driven organization / Zero Adaptability to new process. 7) If you are best at wagging tail around SR. Managers then this the work place you are looking for. 8) Job profile will say only 5 days working but they expect you work on weekends too. 9) Do not fall for name DP WORLD only proceed if you have hired for DUBAI Location...Read More
