Dover is a good brand to work under, the product offerings are class in their category and in addition the pay compensation is good.

I liked the work life balance and the projects. It's a good company for retirement.

Health insurance policy was becoming better but suddenly this year it became bad. 50% pay only for advance treatments. It's like people usually get in government jobs. Another bad thing is learning, there's little to nothing on technical trainings. All you will get is excel, powerpoint, power point and some behavioural trainings. And that's all the time.

Flexible hours and flexible work mode, cab allowance, food allowance, shift allowance, on call allowance and broadband allowance are given to employees.
