Where I work it's a business class hotel. I work as a trainee. I learned so many things. I had done six month training in hotel in bakery and confectionery. Teamate are supportive and management is transparent.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Currently I am working in doubleTree. Here I like an amazing culture, travel programs, and employee benefits.

Dislikes

Here some dislike points are that some of the staff are not friendly in duty hours, they don't work in duty hours just roaming in other departments. Here this point are not seen by the seniors. Hard working employee are not getting any opportunity for any industrial training or not getting any reward.
