- It all depends on the relationship you had with your Manager - Working with Cross Functional teams are easy and convenient - Skill Development

- No Job Security - No work life Balance - Senior Managers do not consider smart work or hard work. They consider who had parties with them and that makes your job secure and the amount of % you secure at the time of appraisals

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
