Nothing the organisation hire in bulk and fire in bulk. Will do anything to hide their tactics. Big Lala company. You’ll often find employees crying. HR Team is pathetic.

This is the worst company u worked with they hired me in march and ask for resignation just after 40 days just bcoz off business call coz they got the intern in less payout so they just through there existing employee coz they don't have money to pay them . so in short there is no job security here so plz be carefull nd don't even go with this company

Honestly they are having such a bad data when you call to those numbers they said they do not have any business also your tl or manager ask you to have a sale or just get a sale by pay amount by yourself otherwise they will fire you also they ask you to work on Sunday

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
