This is the worst company u worked with they hired me in march and ask for resignation just after 40 days just bcoz off business call coz they got the intern in less payout so they just through there existing employee coz they don't have money to pay them . so in short there is no job security here so plz be carefull nd don't even go with this company

This company in Gurgaon is running a scam. As an employee, I see them selling website plans to poor and uneducated people, making big promises that aren't kept. They generate leads by offering to make websites for just 250 rupees, and once the customers register, we are expected to call them and mislead them into buying the company's products. I'm facing a lot of challenges working here.

If you are planning to leave do take the incentives and salary at first then drop the paper all of sudden because if your carry and show case your professional manner then you won't get the incentives you may get the salary after several follow ups that's even by deduction if you are on 3rd party payroll.

There is no proper policy. The leadership team changes the policies at any point of time without any discussion with the employees. Employees are informed about the changes once they are implemented. 1. Poor employee flexibility ( mandatory punch-in punch out 10-7 hours, work on weekends, work after 7 pm if bugs come). 2. No care for employees. Management is the worst. This isn't a tech company anymore. Clueless HRs have ruined the beautiful organization it was. This is just a sales company now 3. They have 0 clue about their features. If 2-3 merchants demand something they go on to make a feature, CTO gives weird timelines and is clueless about what it means to maintain a good codebase. 4. Shrewed company, they won't care whether you have an emergency or you have health issues. They want to go back to 2014 when everyone was in office whether you could walk properly or not. HRs are heartless. HRs are the reason this company's beautiful culture has now been ruined for tech and almost everyone is looking to switch. 5. No flexibility, no appraisal in the last 2 years. 6.
