Worst company I have ever seen . Top management people doesn’t have brain and they don’t know how to run a business. Among the market they have very bad name in the market and also worst restaurant pos software they have called “ RISTA “

If you are planning to leave do take the incentives and salary at first then drop the paper all of sudden because if your carry and show case your professional manner then you won't get the incentives you may get the salary after several follow ups that's even by deduction if you are on 3rd party payroll.

It's a space for learning because of their diverse products. Will make your profile better. Internal teams are good and helpful.work pressure is controlled.

1. New tech stack, ample opportunity to learn new stuff. 2. Cross team involvement ( You can learn to coordinate with different teams since this is a startup ) 3. Nice colleagues ( atleast till now)

1. Poor employee flexibility ( mandatory punch-in punch out 10-7 hours, work on weekends, work after 7 pm if bugs come). 2. No care for employees. Management is the worst. This isn't a tech company anymore. Clueless HRs have ruined the beautiful organization it was. This is just a sales company now 3. They have 0 clue about their features. If 2-3 merchants demand something they go on to make a feature, CTO gives weird timelines and is clueless about what it means to maintain a good codebase. 4. Shrewed company, they won't care whether you have an emergency or you have health issues. They want to go back to 2014 when everyone was in office whether you could walk properly or not. HRs are heartless. HRs are the reason this company's beautiful culture has now been ruined for tech and almost everyone is looking to switch. 5. No flexibility, no appraisal in the last 2 years. 6. Salary on time, very few good colleague.

Everything is a dislike here- 1. Don't think to join them. They are wasting money of the investors. 2. CTO has no idea what should be done in his position, only wrong are taken by him, his only focus is to build up new products and features,no matter how bad are the conditions of the existing ones. 3. No inter-team communications are done properly, no coordination among teams. Though the working days are monday to friday, but infinite production issues come and you have to resolve them on sat, sun too. 4. Some seniors expect that you work in the midnight and will call you around 12 in the midnight. 5. QAs don't know about the product. 6.
