Dorset is overall for a person who is experienced and does not want too much to learn pr any load onto himself/herself. As the employees are not in a hurry to do anything. The company is growing rapidly but the management lacks appropriate leaders.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No care / compensation for the employees. They are treated badly if they want to change anything or any process of working. People are forced to work in a typicall ill-mannered culture.

Salary - Bad
Skill development - Poor
Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Work life is frustrating for someone at the beginning of their career as their is very less to learn but for someone at a managerial postion life too comfortable.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
