Sometimes some employees does not have professionalism and they behave poor to their employees but I think that is exception for any organization and I am happy to work here.

It is good to work with Don Bosco Tech. My personal experience about teammates is good and I enjoy working with people of different style. Job security is proportionally good in Don Bosco Tech. Regarding career growth I feel lot of stagnation is there. Good learning environment is there, it is for sure. Work environment is good without much innovations. Work life balance is ....ok.

Proper management is lacking. Planning is missing. When such things are around sometimes one feel frustrated. Better decision making can help to a lot extent and can improve output of an employee.Growth is too slow and can't be expected much.
