Permanent work from home facility.

Dislikes

1. No work life balance, they expected me to work overtime everyday for multiple hours with no compensation. They would bully if I took a stand for it. 2. Manager lacks people's skills, leadership qualities. 3. No appreciation for the hard work done on last minute projects or otherwise. 4. Favoritism. 5. Toxic culture flows from from the top management.

Saturday off , snacks , and co workers

Dislikes

Variable pay which they set for 50k and giving 10-25k only even for best performer. 3month notice period without pay and after leaving they give 3month salary after 45days. It's almost 5month without pay. Always doing unnassasary meetings which is not even need to waste time on funda? Other then this now due to less increment and no bonus or less bonus all are frustrated which I don't like.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
