I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

He only keeps around ego strokers and discards anyone who displays forward thinking and an independent mindset. The executive assistant is a nervous wreck who is a glorified baby sitter for the cco.
