D-mart is growing company basically processed oriented.Overall my experience job security is good, culture good, job environment is good.if you learn about Retail dmart is best option company providing lots off training.

Organisation’s profit is good but employees salary was poor, transfer policy not good,No work life balance, whole time for only company, to hard work if you get higher education so don’t move hear search for another opportunity. Poor facilities.

The job is quite interesting. For beginners there are so hard to stand for long time but healthy environment i learn lots off from this company. For upper management getting huge team handling experience.
