Process and sop are good all over business Style and growth is zero

Care of employee and work culture 11 to 12 hours daily no comp offs against holidays no extra benefits also the major thing is company single cup of tea not provided to emloyee

Generally speaking, my work is very hard because we don't have sitting arrangements for any work all the time DM, Officer wants Roming on the floor whenever company not provided single cup of tea also we don't have duty time Daily working 11hours all wors

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
