There are lot of benefit like udemy business account for career growth, Internet reimbursement, variable pay on yearly. overall great experience.

None. For QA people this the worst nightmare to work here. Dev will get good opportunity to work with different techs.

Dislikes

Very strict timings even for 15 mins break you need to ask the TL permission. Politics in the team due to few people.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It mostly depends on the people you work with. For me it was a terrible experience due to biased nature of lead. Way behind in proceess follwed in the QA. It is more development centric and QA mostly don't have much importance.
