Likes

The School is open to explore new ideas and also have adoption of new type of research and method studies. It focuses on child development and learning process. The studies of child done on the basis of various games and many activities such as summer projects etc

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work im Holidays also.

Work Details

My Work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire school Day to day Work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
