One word "Terrible". No HR policy, good looking office to deceive Newly joined and Vendors. Cash rich company but I guess will not last much longer. Join only if you have no other options available. And if God have plans to punish you and you end up joining this organisation then start worshiping God again for new job soon.

Good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. appraisals are fair and good work experience every day

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not not given to new joinees.

Only the shift everything else is pathetic

Management is biased they make you work 7 days with 12 hours a day. No facilities provided food transport and insurance premium has to be paid by you from your salary. When you leave the job even on resignation they don't give you salary. Pathetic people and they make fool to their customers
