I was working as a Engineer Trainee in Diya Systems. To be honest very hectic place to work here as a freshers. The interview process is very complicated, there will be 4-5 rounds for a technical support job. You will be stressed all the day and the rotational shift is even more worst. Afterall it's just a BPO what can you expect. Handle 4 chats (chat, billings, sales tech). 9 hours of work with only 40 minutes which we have to take at once. If the break exceeds by just 2-3 minutes, TM will start questioning you. I short very hectic work culture....Read More
