We have very good environment with the collegues.But due to work load we had very few moments to spend. It is the only college providing education for thousands of people around diviseema.Its so hard to comeout on personal works.we staff have uniform discipline.We are informed regularly about the care of students.

Dislikes

We have very less freedom dealing with the children.students are very irregular and nearly 10%go for condonation.every staff room is under cctv survillience.Working hours are nearly 9 hrs(upto 5:30pm).Lot of students write supplementary exams.No dignity is maintained for staff. We have to wait for our salaries for two to three months.We should wait to meet our correspondent for the pending salary what we deserve.Till now i didn't receive the invigilations money. It was my first experience as a Lecturer. Learned a lot here.holding my first chalk and first lecture happened here.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
