It is great company. RSM and business director are very much clear with their work and similarly they pass on to their team but on other hand some of the ASMs do not clear with their work. They just try to pass on their responsibility to their juniors.

Dislikes

No work life balance, It is very hectic and there is lot of work load.

Work life is average, inspite of being a global brand you have to be on your toe always. Earlier work culture was excellend but getting degarded year by year. But inspite all of these I recommend to join and you can spent 2-3 years here.
