You have to do Multiple works,work will never end even on Sunday you have to work ,stress full environment,no work life balance,fake commitment to distributor,low business acceptance in market,rate cutting issue,top level management involved in rate cutting thay give 50to 55 % discount on rate cutting and you have to sale to distributor at 32% no distributors are ready to take stock at this discount as a result no target achievement after so many eforts no incentive you get at end you will be treated as you are not working as per companies expectations...Read More
