Terrible work life balance, specially for Sr TM /TM He should be a super hero who should do both primary /secondary , training , making reports . Sales force updation , Plenty of Concall at customers places ,even you are in hospital or in jungle you got to attend . Worst thing is rate cutting is there but eventually no one accepts and you are never on your targets . Workforce spends more their quality time on sales reviews rather than spending on more opportunities. Don't come as a Sr TM or TM . You will be slave of KAM,ASM,ZSM and every one .
