You don't get the job elsewhere, or you don't deserve it. you have flexible hours; even then complaining, You are the environment; A complainer will always complain, but a doer will always do & never complain. The entire ambition box is filled with complaints against 99% of companies. No one in India is satisfied with his job, and this platform is meant only for nuisances. If you are not a robot or fake internet phishing, and if you are really working in this organization, reach HR and talk to them, whether you are a problem or the environment is a problem. it is their duty to comfort you.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
