Excellent work culture.... in fact, one gets a lot of freedom to do good things. Promoters are involved in the day to day functioning, however they act and behave like professional only. There is no air of arrogance. Extremely down to earth people. Freedom to express opinions and make mistakes gives a lot of leverage to employees to reach their potential. In a nutshell, great company to work for.

Nothing as such. The only problem some people may face is "non-flashy" offices.. modest office premise is a put off for some people. Also, time discipline and no facility to have "work from home"... else, it is a wonderful company
