After 13 years when I was asked to leave the time given was very short it should be more. Management approach towards work is poor that should change asking every task on priority is not correct and feasible

Third class management. Deducted my F&F amount without any reason. I think even a worst company didn't do that with their employees. Don't join. Your life will hell.

If you want to take leave or want to go early then you can however you have to be available after office hours. Also technical people are good and very supportive.

Work management is very poor, everything you have to do on urgent basis. Company policies are very poor like: exit policy, variable policy Its like a ‘Jail’… If you want to exit then either you have to abscond or serve 90 days np… no buyout option. You have to be available 24*7…. Production issues mostly occurs during night time and you have to be available at that time also next morning you have to come office on time.
