I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company Culture work and pay disparity between people in the Bangalore office and people posted in other regions. To take leave you have to beg the manager. Saturdays are off for people in Bangalore but in other regions, it is not, even though people in other regions are working more hours.
