Discovery leather company is good but his system is very bad because payment mode is cash and not any record to seniors person only 10-20 persons in on roll but there are 125-130 employees working in this company.

Dislikes

Company honour every time in factory and see everything like sweeper to account work's.

Company owner is not good for employees he always talk Bulger abuse and there is no facilities for employees like PF,ESI, BONUS, LEAVE, payment mode cash.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
