Working for grass-root level farmer's who r innocent & ignorant but kind hearted & hard workers'.

Dislikes

No Job culture,No systemtic payments, system of reporting is poor, promotion aspectis very narrow.

In all activities, work is satisfactory.But the the activities food V.A.Ws are dissatisfied due unauthorised absence from duty. to

Dislikes

Lack of administration of drawing officers,maladies intention and poor field activities due to noncontact meticulously to farmers.

Work Details

I was at field level.Training to transfer new technology to.V.A.Ws and farmers, field visit to observe crop situation, sorting out problem and suggestion.
