Work is good but I'm not happy. Management bad, teammates are supportive but companies policies not good like only 70% my site. I'm management traine in HR so in pandemic situation bonus and salary are not good provide properly.

Dislikes

Management very down this firm so not growth of company. Day by day back dinshaw's brand. Just bcz of employees and workers not happy. In the company employees are workers are happy, company is very highly growth. Career growth is slow, I experienced after 1yr on this firm.

Work Details

The job is interesting on my field. No formal training as a trainee satisfaction. I learn lot but not proper.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

There is no reason to like this company.

Dislikes

I have been working in this company for 6 years, till date the company has not thought about my promotion my increments. I have been a Target achiever for 4 consecutive years, but after Covid-19 scenarios has changed but even after we are giving the profitable business. Despite that my salary has increased by a very little amount. Even a labour class who are working in construction field are getting better salary from here. Senior employees are help less, they don’t have any power. Company just makes them to dance to its tune. The company wants its own profits in Crores but in return they won’t think about their employees salary and future growth. They even love to mark employees absent for silly reasons, they even deduct salary and other expenses from the salary, and employees can’t even fight for their own salary. If they do so they will be fired. There is no future in this company no one should join, don’t even think about applying here, incentives policy, TA/DA policy are worst here.
