There is no job security. The management is just concerned about the work and they create a lot of work pressure. There are no national holidays. Employee are unable to spend time with their families.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
