you won't get placed after the training session, you need to undergo an assignement if u get 70% in assignment then your eligible to placement. after the eligibility they ask you to join for low packages.Hr ali seems to be terrible . when u attend the placements the knowledge they delivery during the training won't be sufficient toface the interviews. it's final depends on your communication skills, if u r communication skills is not so good i request to ignore this institute. they Don't have any placement connections in it companies personally. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
